NARENDRA (Niru) SARAWGI

Narendra Sarawgi has over 28 years experience of General Management, Strategy, Consultancy, Sales, Business Development and Entrepreneurship. He has had professional and business relationships with several multi-national corporations such as Philips, Telstra. He has represented companies such as Tatas, Reliance, Rolta, Wipro, Best & Crompton Engineering and Electrosteel among others. He is also a Consultant with Primera Networks, UK. He has had several years of dealing with senior executive management of corporations as well as decision-makers in government. Niru has leveraged business strategy skills and long term relationships with consultants, corporations and government in marketing and selling complex, high value infrastructure, engineering, IT, telecom and business solutions. He has been involved with companies in manufacturing government, oil, gas and water utilities, defence and educational institutes. Niru has also founded several companies from scratch as an entrepreneur and successfully built them up. He specializes in and relishes challenging assignments.
 
Niru is a member of several professional IT, management and entrepreneurship development organizations and has developed excellent relationships at a senior level. He is one of the Founding Directors in an Indian engineering design services company serving clients in Europe and Asia. He is also on the Board of a renowned plastics industry in India catering to global companies in food processing, pharmaceuticals and confectionery.
 
Niru holds Post Graduate Degrees in Management and Commerce, a Degree in Law and a Professional Management Certificate in Corporate Strategy, Core Competence and Capability from IIM, Ahmedabad, India. He has attended graduate study programmes at the United Nations Organization in Geneva and at International Institute of Human Rights, Strasbourg. Niru is presently based in Bangalore.

Siddharth Sarawgi is a high achieving and motivated professional having a strong work experience in Program Management, Product Management, Technology Consulting, Business Consulting, Business Development and Pre-Sales. With a strong technology and business background, he has worked in these roles showcasing deep insight and excellent leadership, management, strategy, execution, interpersonal and communication skills coupled with a high degree of professionalism and ethics.
 
Siddharth has an innate understanding of client requirements and quickly maps appropriate solutions to address needs. He is versant with software technologies and has a good understanding of mobile based applications for business and consumer use. He has a penchant for new and innovative ideas and solutions for improving productivity, efficiency, reducing costs, social entrepreneurship and better management for businesses, governments, private organizations, consumers, etc. He also plays an IT Consulting and Advisory role for several SMEs and large business groups in India.
 
He was earlier employed with PI Corporation as a Program Manager. At PI Corp., Siddharth was leading several R&D, Design, QA, Support, Marketing, Operations team efforts and held charge of the product evolution right from conceptualization through designing to release. Siddharth also spent a few years at Oracle Corporation as Technology and Sales Consultant. He collaborated with and spearheaded a global multi-disciplinary team of over a 100 consultants in generating high-value business and closing sales opportunities while working closely with the technical and business decision-makers in client organizations. Siddharth led the way in enhancing effectiveness in closing business through extensive collaboration across multiple Lines of Business – Sales, Product Management, Development, Marketing, and Support.
 
Siddharth is a graduate in Computer Science and Engineering from a prestigious engineering college in Bangalore, India. He holds technical certifications from Sun Microsystems. He holds a certificate in Advanced Sales Methodology from Winning Inc., US. He is presently based in Bangalore.
