Scope:

  1. Innovation in marketing ideas and techniques and implementation of the same for creating sales growth path for taking sales volume from 130 TPD to 1500 TPD within two years. This included :
    1. Competitive analysis,
    2. Introduction of innovative sales and marketing ideas and
    3. Introduction of Innovative ideas for skills development of sales & marketing personnel with phase-wise training in factory and field in north eastern States.
  2. Feasibility Study and Implementation of on-line IT and Telecom based system for monitoring and supervision of process and operations by establishing connectivity between the Head Office at Guwahati and the Plant at Umrangsho.
